My client is a well-regarded boutique architecture studio based in Western Sydney, known for delivering considered, design-led solutions across residential, commercial, and community sectors. With a collaborative and quality-focused studio culture, the team places a strong emphasis on architectural integrity, detailing, and documentation excellence.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Architect with approximately 5–8 years of professional experience to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit, a proven ability to produce comprehensive construction documentation packages, and a solid understanding of detailing across all project stages.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking to step up in responsibility while remaining closely involved in project delivery. You’ll work alongside senior architects and contribute meaningfully to the documentation and delivery of well-resolved architectural projects.
In the role as Graduate Architect/Revit Technician, here are your responsibilities
- Produce detailed and accurate construction documentation packages
- Develop and coordinate architectural details in Revit to a high standard
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders during design development and documentation phases
- Assist with DA and CC documentation and provide support during contract administration
- Ensure all work complies with BCA/NCC, Australian Standards, and local planning controls
In the role as a Graduate Architect/Revit Technician we require you to have the following skills:
- A bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent in Architecture
- 5–8 years post-graduate experience in an Australian architectural practice(local experience required and must be Sydney based)
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Demonstrated experience in delivering detailed documentation and construction drawings and working on projects from DA through to Construction Documentation is essential.
- High-end residential houses or multi-residential apartments project experience is required for this role
- Sound knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong eye for detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
