A well-established and highly respected property development company is seeking a talented, design-driven Architect to join its close-knit team. With a robust pipeline of projects, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to well-considered, design-led outcomes across all stages—from concept through to construction documentation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts in collaboration with directors and the project team

Prepare comprehensive documentation packages using Revit

Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and quality delivery

Produce documentation in line with relevant codes and standards (BCA, NCC, Australian Standards)

Contribute to project delivery across all phases: design development, documentation, approvals, and construction
Key Requirements

Degree-qualified in Architecture with 5–10 years of post-graduate experience

High-level proficiency in Revit (essential)

Strong documentation and detailing skills

Solid knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulatory frameworks

Proven experience in multi-residential projects

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment

Local experience within a Sydney-based practice is essential
