One of Sydney’s most respected design studios is seeking a skilled Revit Delivery Architect or Architectural Technician to join their accomplished team. With a multi-award-winning portfolio of refined multi-residential apartment projects, this studio is celebrated for its collaborative approach, technical rigour, and commitment to design quality from concept through to construction.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit Delivery Architect or Architectural Technician to join their accomplished team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7+ years post-graduate experience, with a strong track record delivering multi-residential projects from DA through to construction documentation. You must be highly proficient in Revit and have solid delivery experience across all project phases.
This position is suited to someone technically minded, confident coordinating documentation packages, and experienced working closely with consultants and builders.
In the role as Delivery Architect / Architectural Technician, here are your responsibilities:

Take a lead role in preparing full documentation packages from DA through to CC and construction

Resolve detailed architectural packages using Revit to a high standard

Collaborate with Directors, Project Architects, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

Interpret design intent accurately and translate into well-documented technical outcomes

Manage drawing issues, coordination and revision control across packages

Contribute to quality assurance and buildability reviews across multiple projects
In the role as Delivery Architect / Architectural Technician, we require you to have the following skills:

Minimum 7+ years post-graduate experience within Australian architectural studios

A minimum requirement is to be based in Sydney and up to standards with local codes, NCC and multi-residential knowledge.

Proven experience working on apartment projects from DA to Construction Documentation

High proficiency in Revit, including detailed modelling and documentation

Exceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of construction methodologies

Strong coordination skills across disciplines, including structural and services

The ability to work efficiently both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
