One of Perth’s leading architecture practices is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their established team in the CBD. With a strong reputation for design excellence across commercial, civic and mixed-use sectors, this studio is known for its collaborative leadership, strong client relationships, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes from concept to completion.
An opportunity has arisen for a confident and client-focused Senior Architect to take the lead on projects through all phases of design and delivery. This role involves regular client-facing responsibilities, so proven experience in running meetings and presenting to stakeholders is essential. You’ll work closely with a Principal or Senior Associate and take charge of both design leadership and project coordination.
This position is suited to someone with excellent communication skills, strong project delivery experience, and a keen interest in guiding projects through every stage, from concept design to handover.
In the role as Senior Architect, here are your responsibilities:

Lead client meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication throughout the life of each project

Oversee projects from concept design through to delivery and construction administration

Collaborate with Directors, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate high-quality design and documentation

Manage client expectations and project timelines across multiple stakeholders

Ensure design integrity is maintained while meeting commercial and regulatory requirements

Guide and mentor junior team members while taking responsibility for project success
In the role as Senior Architect, we require you to have the following skills:

Minimum 8-12+ years post-graduate experience within Australian architectural studios

Registered Architect in WA (or eligible for immediate registration)

Demonstrated experience leading projects and client presentations

Strong documentation and delivery skills across various project typologies

Proficiency in Revit, with experience in BIM workflows and technical coordination

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

A solid understanding of local codes, NCC, and construction standards
-
Based in Perth, with full working rights in Australia
